Chucky TV Series Delayed

Much like an uncountable number of productions, our favorite killer doll's show production has been postponed to 2021. Don Mancini and producers have stated this should not affect the planned release date which was sometime in 2021 on USA Network and Syfy.

A canonical part of the original franchise, Chucky will see a vintage Good Guy doll turn up at a suburban yard sale, throwing an idyllic American town into chaos as a series of horrifying murders begin to expose its hypocrisies and secrets. Meanwhile, the arrival of enemies—and allies—from Chucky’s past threatens to expose the truth behind the killings, as well as the demon doll’s untold origins as a seemingly ordinary child who somehow became this notorious monster.

Brad Dourif will return to voice the notorious killer doll in the series. Jennifer Tilly, who plays Tiffany, has also confirmed she’ll be back.
